The company is dedicated to participating in commercial activities that benefit the local community and improving the livelihoods of its landowners and future generations through its vision of creating a modern hub for industry, education, health, and technology, while promoting a strong safety culture, environmental awareness, and sustainability in all its operations.

Isikeli Taureka
Keli is the CEO of Laba Holdings Limited and provides extensive knowledge and networks across PNG, Asia-Pacific and Australia. He has held several roles within the Oil & Gas sector including; Executive Director of InterOil Corporation, President of Chevron Indonesia and Philippines, President of ChevronTexaco China Energy, Managing Director of Chevron South Asia, and Country Manager for Chevron New Guinea with responsibility for oil operations in Papua New Guinea and Western Australia.
Keli’s background in senior management positions in the banking and telecommunication sectors, as well as his experience in the oil and gas industry, make him a valuable asset to the industry and the communities he works in.
Sir Moi Avei
Sir Moi is a highly accomplished leader with a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success.
As a director of Laba Holdings and a former member of parliament in Papua New Guinea, he has held a range of important ministerial portfolios, including Higher Education, Science & Technology, National Planning, Bougainville Affairs and Petroleum & Energy. With over six and a half years of successful leadership at Ted Mining Limited, Sir Moi has made significant contributions to the growth and development of Papua New Guinea, leaving a lasting impact on the country.
Igo Rei
Igo is the Chairman of Laba Holdings Limited and is a passionate leader dedicated to ensuring that Laba participates in commercial activities that benefit the local community and proudly represents the four project impacted villages through its shareholder companies.
Igo leads the effort to ensure that all commercial activities carry longevity and develop sustainable change in the community both now and for years to come.
Rashad Sinokrot
Rashad is the CEO and Board Member of GCC Services He has led the company’s global development and dynamic transformation for over a decade, including the company’s operations at the PNG LNG Project in Papua New Guinea. Rashad holds advanced degrees in Business Administration and Education.
He is an accomplished and motivational leader that drives results, excellence, safety & wellbeing, and a family culture of togetherness and respect throughout the company.
James Tracey
James is a widely experienced global executive and is the CFO of GCC Services. He has held senior executive and country leadership level roles throughout Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Europe and North America with some of the world’s largest organizations.
His knowledge of global markets, dedication and ability to successfully deliver under any circumstance has provided the company with an extremely solid foundation for growth and transformation.
